Pros: Transiting the Canal
Cons: It ended too soon
Going through the Panama Canal was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. We made sure to be up early so we would not miss a minute. Before embarking, I read the history of the Canal which greatly enhanced the experience. Some of the locks were so close that we felt like we could touch the walls as we went through. The Bridge of the Americas was so impressive. I hope that someday I can do it again.
