Ambience of sailing experience delightful!, August 23, 2010
Reviewer: Camano
Pros: Beautiful big deck to catch the breeze and be sheltered from beating sun
Cons: Not picking on anything at this point
Date of cruise: January 16, 2009
Departure port: Barbados
Region visited: Caribbean - Southern
Cabin category: Outside
Good for children: No
Good for teenagers: Yes
Great time on the ship with our famiy tripmates. Food was terrific, and we really enjoyed the marine biologist on the trip who gave us headsup on daily sights and experiences to anticipate. In hindsight, we felt the officers dealing with shore trips should have given us more cautionary guidelines. Will comment in another review. The highlight of our day was sharing each couple's different experiences and thoughts on the last 24 hours when we gathered at dinner. From sightseeing trips to snorkeling we doubled our knowledge of the geography, history, scenery of the islands, and underground water exploring. Of course the bottles of wine improved our memories proportionally!! It was fun to have people to share the highlights of our trip with.
