Pros: The on-shore tours were very good, as were the cabins

I would have said this was a very good cruise, except that a good number of passengers got sick. Then, to make matters worse, our group of four was overcharged by nearly $2,000. Sonesta's financial department is almost impossible to deal with and the hours I have spent e-mailing them have achieved nothing. I now have to issue a letter disputing the charge to my credit card company. Do not trust Sonesta with your credit card information. If not for the financial issue, I still might have recommended this cruise, for I am not entirely sure that the illness of passengers was caused by food.
