Celebrating my daughter's 25th birthday, we took this cruise from Miami to Bahamas for our first ever cruise. I selected NCL because of the Freestyle Cruising experience and felt she would enjoy it the best. We had a great time. The ship's crew was excellent and tried make our experience extra special to celebrate her birthday. Food was great in specialty restaurants - didn't care for buffet food that much. Plenty to do for ship activities. One day was a wash for our excursion because of the weather (don't cruise during hurricane season). NCL made that day special even though we had to stay inside the ship. One complaint - I felt rushed in Nassau since we went to Atlantis and also wanted to shop downtown and be back on ship by 4:30 p.m. Next time I would want to cruise where we don't have to be back on ship until later that evening or spend night in port.
