Cons: Tour company disorganized, not reliable, not honest. Avoid at all cost.

Group of 8. They added 5 more. Illegally parked all vans and police delayed 1-1/2 hrs loading passengers. Didn't go to attractions listed on itinerary. When asked why, kept driving and said we will be at site - a hat factory -- in 10 minutes. Took us to some converted govt bldg museum instead and never told us why. Then to hat store. When finally asked about factory again they explained it was closed on Saturday. Should have known and told us when booked this Saturday tour. Also walked in slippery, rocky, slimy rain forest over one hour. Did not explain in advance. Luckily one handicapped person left our group at beginning. Two elderly troopers did great but were miserable.
