Pros: Quick boarding, easy access

Directions to port are very accurate. Lots of workers to assist with unloading your luggage. Lines flow easily and wait time about 10 minutes. Have to take shuttle bus to ship and then from ship to customs. Buses run quickly...as ours was leaving, another pulled up. On return, customs was friendly and very quick...we were done within five minutes. Parking is in a gated area with an attendant. You pay as you enter the lot, not as you leave. Parking lot is very close to entrance. Cons include the single lane drive from the freeway to the actual port...can wait here in traffic for 45-60 minutes. We unloaded our luggage then drove around a building to park then walked to the port entrance. We checked in then took bus to ship. Parking was expensive...we paid $175 for nine days. Overall, the experience was great!
